Holly discovers that terror can come in any shape after watching Sphere (1998), an attempt by Hollywood's A-list to imbue geometric shapes with unworldly menace. After discovering an alien craft at the bottom of the ocean, the Navy recruits Dustin Hoffman, Sharon Stone and Samuel Jackson to investigate.
