Sean wanders into the bog of cheap-o 80's slasher films and finds Offerings (1989), a movie that rips off so much of Halloween that royalties might be necessary. You know the story: kids push a mentally challenged kid down a well; 10 years later he escapes from a sanitarium, disfigured but supernaturally empowered to seek out and murder each of them.
